Questions?
Do I need special tablets?
Yes. nuviebaby Super Clean™ washing tablets, one per wash, dosed and milled for this machine. Other detergents foam, and foam can damage the machine and void your warranty.
How is it different from the Clean?
39 jets against 26. At least six bottles against four. Steam Boost in Deep Clean. Four dry lengths instead of one. And it remembers your last cycle.
What if I open the lid in Storage Mode?
Storage Mode with a negative ion generator ends when you open the lid, and the machine switches itself off. Bottles stay sterile for 72 hours with the lid closed.
Where do I get refills?
Every consumable you need is on Shopee and Lazada: Super Clean™ washing tablets, descaling tablets and HEPA H13 replacement filters.
What about the warranty?
The Clean Max comes with a 1 year warranty, and you can extend it with a 2nd year. For a confirmed manufacturer defect we make it right, with a replacement part or a replacement machine. Damage done to the machine is not covered, and using any detergent other than nuviebaby Super Clean™ washing tablets voids the warranty.
